Our Pet Policy

Details:We realize that your pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with a weight limit of 35lbs. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 (up to 2 pets covered) and our pet rent is $25 per month per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
